Vlkolínec („wolf`s village“) is situated in the beautiful mountains of Northern Slovakia. It is an intact settlement of 45 buildings in a traditional style of mountain village built almost 200 years ago. The oldest is probably the belfry dated back to 1770. It is still a living place, with its unique atmosphere and the traditional Slovak hospitality. In the local little pub you can taste the traditional sauer-kraut cake and have a cup of tea or coffee
